New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Meridian Windows and Doors Dallas pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
1. Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
2. Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.
3. Prepare your home for install
Before install day we walk you through a short checklist - furniture pulled back, treatments down, a clear path to each opening - so install day is watch-it-happen, not scramble.
Compare the Lines We Quote
Every project is priced on the same lines, side by side - the price indicators below are relative, and your consultant shows exact numbers on your actual openings.

Meet the Dallas Team Behind Meridian Windows and Doors Dallas
We’re a local crew, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. The people who show up at your door in Dallas are the same people who measure, cut, set, and finish your windows and doors. That matters because window replacement in Dallas isn’t just about swapping glass. It’s about sealing against July heat, standing up to hail season, and making sure the frame doesn’t leak when the spring storms roll through. Every person on this team works to one standard: The Garrison Standard, the same one that’s been in place since 2009. And every one of them answers to Elliot Vance, the owner, who still walks job sites in Dallas personally.
Our People
Elliot Vance, Owner
Elliot founded Meridian Windows and Doors Dallas and still runs the day-to-day. You’ll find him on job sites, not in a back office. He’s the one who’ll walk your property line before the crew starts, look at how the sun hits your western wall in August, and tell you straight if a triple-pane low-E window is worth the money for your house or if you’re overspending. A meridian is a fixed line you measure everything against. That’s how Elliot runs every install. He’s also the one who answers when a homeowner calls with a question three months after the job, because the 365-Day Done Right Promise isn’t a marketing line to him. It’s the deal. He’s been at this since 2009, and he still measures twice, writes the price down before work starts, and doesn’t leave until the job is clean.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been setting windows in the Dallas area for over a decade. He’s the guy who knows that a window in a 1920s M Streets bungalow frames differently than one in a 2010s Frisco build, and he’ll adjust on the fly without making it your problem. He’s certified on installation procedures for PGT and CGI impact-rated lines, which matters when you’re in hail country and want a window that actually holds. Marcus is also the one who catches the small stuff: a rough opening that’s off by a quarter inch, a sill that’s got hidden rot, a flashing detail that would have leaked in three years. He’d rather flag it before the window goes in than warranty it later. Off the clock, he rebuilds vintage motorcycles, which explains why he’s particular about torque specs.
Luis R., Senior Installer
Luis is the precision guy. If a patio door needs to glide like it’s on bearings and seal like a vault, Luis is the one on it. He’s installed every patio door line we carry, from Therma-Tru to ViewLux, and he knows the difference between a door that’s plumb and one that just looks plumb. Before Meridian, Luis worked in commercial glazing, so he brings a different discipline to residential work: clean lines, exact reveals, no shortcuts. He’s background-checked and shows up in uniform, but you’ll remember him for how he leaves the job site. Floor swept, old window hauled off, no stray screws in the driveway. He’s got two kids in Dallas ISD schools and coaches their soccer team on Saturdays, which is why he never works past the point where he’d miss a game unless you need him there.
Dana W., Service Coordinator
Dana is the voice on the phone. When you call (325) 309-2639, you get Dana or a member of her team, any hour, any day. No voicemail loop, no call center script, no “we’ll get back to you Tuesday.” She’s been coordinating window and door jobs in Dallas for years, and she’s the reason your written quote shows up when we say it will. Dana handles scheduling, permit paperwork for the cities in our service area, and the manufacturer orders for all eight lines, from ES Windows to ECO Window Systems. She’s also the one who calls you the day before your install to confirm the window of arrival. If you’ve got a question about what’s covered under the 365-Day Done Right Promise, Dana can answer it because she knows the terms as well as the installers do. She keeps a jar of dog treats by her desk for the homeowners who bring their dogs to the initial consultation.
Andre P., Apprentice Installer
Andre is the newest member of the crew, two years in, and he’s earning his place the same way everyone else did: carrying windows, learning the flashing details, watching how Marcus and Luis handle the hard cuts. He works under direct supervision on every job, and he’s already passed manufacturer training on CWS and Mr-Glass product lines. Andre’s the one who double-checks the measurements. Literally. He holds the tape, marks the opening, and gets quizzed on it before anything is ordered. He grew up in Oak Cliff and moved back after trade school. When he’s not on site, he’s working on his own house, one room at a time, and he’ll talk your ear off about window flashing if you let him. That’s fine by us.
One Standard, Every Job
The standard here is simple. Written price before any work starts. No changes at the door. A crew that’s background-checked and uniformed, so you know exactly who’s walking into your home. And a written 365-Day Done Right Promise on every installation and repair: if it fails within a full year, we come back at no charge. No fine print about labor exclusions, no arguing over what’s covered. The Garrison Standard has meant the same thing since 2009, whether the job is a single window replacement in Plano or a full patio door install in Richardson. Part of the Garrison Partners family means we’re independently run here in Dallas, but held to the same line. Marcus, Luis, Dana, Andre, and Elliot all answer to it. If the work isn’t done right, we make it right. That’s the job.
